What Father-Son Baseball Camp is all about... The Virginia Baseball Camp, Inc. Father-Son Camp is specifically designed to provide each father and every son with special and unique opportunities to:
• Be instructed in the fundamentals of baseball together • Learn from the region's best baseball coaches • Compete daily in team play • Develop relationships with instructors and fellow campers • Receive evaluation and corrective feedback pertinent for development
We simply focus on providing answers and training solutions to the questions commonly asked by today's fathers and youth league players. Simply stated, these 3-day camps are designed to be great bonding experiences for fathers and sons in an environment of learning, playing, and just having fun being around the game of baseball together.
Father-Son Instructional Staff The Virginia Baseball Camp, Inc. Father-Son Camps are a cooperative effort among the region’s top coaches, meeting annually for two sessions, in one great location, to teach fathers and sons the fundamentals of baseball. Our bottom line in hiring instructors is that they be known as great teachers and communicators of the game of baseball. Our staff is annually comprised of the Mid-Atlantic’s finest collegiate and high school coaches. The following programs represent instructional staffs over the recent summers:

Meals, Lodging & Facilities Continuing the tradition of five generations, the Graves' Family offers their own kind of southern hospitality at this rustic retreat, complete with motel rooms, cabins and cottages. Campers are lodged in cabins and dormitories of various sizes along the Rose River. Campers (subject to availability, and for an additional surcharge) may also choose to stay at the GML Motel (see application for details). Our campers eat delicious home-cooked meals, served buffet style three times a day. Many of the dishes are prepared from fruits and vegetables grown right on the Graves' farm. |
