2 Table-top booth at the convention. Name listed on our corporate sponsor on our web page. We'll email two one-page flyers out to all the high school and coleege baseball coaches in Alabama during the year. Banner hung, that you supply, in the speakers room at the convention (side wall).
Our hot stove session begins Thursday, January 19 at 8:00 p.m. Coaches may begin checking-in at 5p.m.Exhibitor set-up time begins at 3 p.m. (no earlier please) on that day, January 19. Exhibitors will set-up in the lobby of the Marriott. When you walk through the front door you will walk straight ahead approx. 50 ft. to be there. A table with “Exhibitors Check-In” sign on it will be there for you to check in. Our clinic speaker sessions ends Saturday, January 21, at noon. Our rate at the Marriott is $101 (+ tax) and is guaranteed through January 6, 2012. If rooms are available they’ll honor the rate after Jan. 6. Let them know you are with our group. The Marriott’s phone number: (205)968-3775. The Marriott is located one mile south of I-459 in Birmingham when you exit onto highway 280. Our annual convention attendance is 300 - 325 coaches.
Thursday night is Exhibitor Appreciation night! Hot stove session, with outstanding coaches talking baseball beginning at 8 p.m., then throw in some cold beverages…… Should be some great traffic for you guys. You may pay for your booth on-line with a credit card and reserve a hotel room at the Marriott on our web-site also.
Exhibitor tables are chosen on a first come, first serve basis when exhibitor forms/checks or online registration is received. The online registration fee is $55.61.
There is no deadline for registration, however, call if you’re registering late to see if space is available.
