We would like to invite you to our Individual Fundamental Skills Volleyball Camp for 2017-2018 incoming 4th through 9th grade students.  The camp will be held the week of June 26 - June 30 from 5:30 - 8:30 pm.  Southington High's varsity coach, Richard Heitz, will host it.

 

The Blue Knight Future Volleyball Stars Individual Camp will focus on meeting the needs of both the beginner volleyball player who has yet to play on an organized team or who has only played 6th, 7th and/or 8th grade aat their school.  Skills presented over the five sessions will include passing, serving, hitting, and blocking as well as team offense and team defense.  There will be plenty of time for fun and games and to test your skills.  Each participant will also receive a t-shirt and the chance to test their skills for other prizes and awards.

 

Participants are divided into compatible smallar groups of like age and/or ability.  Each small group is then assigned a coach to work with that group.  The camp will be staffed by the Southington High School Volleyball Staff and will include current players as well as former Blue Knight and collegiate players.

 

We have limited gym space and wasnt all campers to have room to particiapte, so we are restricted in the number of campers we can accept.
