La Cueva Summer Tennis Camps - "Junior Team Tennis" -requires Coach Johnson's Approval Competitive Drills Camp T-shirt & Picture Sportsmanship Emphasized All levels of play welcome We learn and Have Fun! This camp features a small group setting, a camp t-shirt, and a group picture. Great for kids who are beginning with tennis or working to improve.

Dick Johnson is the head coach of the La Cueva High School Boys team where they have won the state title 13 out of the last 16 years. His coaching record is 332-50. He has been named the SWPTA SW Coach of the Year six times and SWPTA Pro of the Year twice. In 2008 he was inducted into the USTA Southwest Section Hall of Fame. In 2016 Coach Johnson was named the National High School Coach of the Year by the United States Professional Tennis Association. The La Cueva Junior Tennis Camps, for kids ages 4-18, features a tennis program that, for the past 20 years, has inspired and taught kids the game of tennis in a fun challenging environment. |
