| Event Description |
Ram Camp "Bigs" - is designed to prepare players for tryouts in their respective grades. This camp will emphasize volleyball skills and drills to prepare 7th, 8th, and high school players for school tryouts. Fundamentals & techniques for all basic volleyball skills will be emphasized. Additional time will be focused on small and large group team play. - Where - Rio Rancho High School
- Time - 6 pm - 9 pm (June 23rd - June 25th) and 6 pm - 8pm (June 26th)
- Dates - June 23rd - June 26th (Monday - Thursday)
- Grades - 7- 12 (Fall 2025)
- Cost - $100 (Walk up registration $125 if available)
- Camper receives - a T-shirt for attending, and door prizes each day!
- Camp Director/staff - RRHS Volleyball Coaches & staff, and returning varsity players
Toby Manzanares teaches Physical Education at Rio Rancho High School, and just completed his 38th year as a Head Volleyball Coach, the last 28 years at RRHS. The "Rams" have won 11 District 1-5A titles, and have finished as the New Mexico Class 5A State Runner-up in 2001, 2004, 2008, and 6A Runner-up in 2014. Coach “Manz” has coached the “Rams” to the New Mexico Class 5A State Championship in six of his 27 seasons (2002, ‘03, ‘05, ‘06, ‘07, & ‘09). While at St. Pius X High School, Manzanares led the Sartans to a NM Class State runner-up in 1993, and the NM Class 3A State Championship in 1994.
